What Shynix Hostings provides.

Some Shynix Hostings services are offered as temporary websites for a predetermined duration. Depending on the selected service, the duration may range from a short-term period to several months.

A temporary website remains available only for the period associated with the relevant service, subject to payment, acceptable use, technical operation, and these Terms & Conditions.

A customer does not automatically acquire permanent hosting rights merely because a website has been created or published.

Customers are responsible for their account and materials.

Customers must provide accurate information and cooperate reasonably with Shynix Hostings when information, approvals, assets, or technical instructions are required.

• Provide accurate contact and service information.
• Provide website content and materials in a usable format.
• Review website content and request corrections where appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate rights to materials provided for website use.
• Avoid using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.
• Cooperate with reasonable service, security, and operational requirements.

Customers retain responsibility for supplied content.

The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and appropriateness of text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, links, documents, and other materials supplied for use on the website.

Shynix Hostings may refuse, remove, restrict, or decline to publish content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, malicious, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or inconsistent with our service requirements.

Prohibited activities

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation.
• Malware, malicious scripts, or harmful software distribution.
• Unauthorized access or attacks against systems or networks.
• Distribution of content that violates applicable law.

Services must be paid according to the agreed terms.

Applicable service charges must be paid according to the price, quotation, invoice, order, subscription, or other payment arrangement provided for the service.

A service may not be activated, deployed, renewed, or maintained until required payment conditions have been satisfied.

Where third-party payment providers are used, transactions may additionally be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Services do not continue indefinitely after expiry.

Where a service has a fixed duration, the service will expire when that duration ends unless an applicable renewal has been completed.

Customers are responsible for arranging renewal when required. Renewal availability, pricing, duration, and conditions may depend on the service and availability at the time of renewal.

An expired service may be suspended or removed after the applicable service period according to operational requirements and the relevant service terms.

Services may be suspended or terminated when necessary.

Shynix Hostings may suspend, restrict, or terminate a service where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, expiry, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms & Conditions, legal requirements, or operational reasons.

Where reasonably practicable, we may attempt to provide notice before suspension or termination. However, immediate action may be taken where required to protect systems, users, third parties, or comply with law.

Termination or suspension does not automatically remove any payment obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

We aim for reliable service, but no system is permanently guaranteed.

Shynix Hostings will make reasonable efforts to operate and maintain its services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, software problems, domain or DNS issues, internet disruptions, third-party services, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Rights remain with their respective owners.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Shynix Hostings and its licensors retain rights in Shynix-created branding, software, code, templates, design systems, graphics, tools, documentation, and other proprietary materials.

Customers retain ownership of materials they lawfully provide to Shynix Hostings, subject to any third-party rights and any license required to operate the requested service.

By providing materials for website creation or hosting, the customer grants Shynix Hostings the permission reasonably necessary to store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, and otherwise process those materials for the purpose of providing the requested service.

Some functions may depend on external providers.

Shynix Hostings may use third-party services for infrastructure, hosting, DNS, domains, payments, analytics, email, security, content delivery, or other technical functions.

Third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms, policies, limitations, and availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Shynix Hostings is not responsible for failures or actions of independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Please use the service responsibly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shynix Hostings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use or inability to use our services.

This may include losses relating to business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunities, reputational harm, or third-party claims, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

Customers are responsible for misuse of their materials and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from the customer's unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms & Conditions, infringement of third-party rights, or materials supplied by the customer.

Our terms may change as the service evolves.

Shynix Hostings may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, business operations, security practices, or applicable legal requirements.
